MAYVILLE- Beatrice "Bea" R. Jones, 89, of Mayville and formerly of Hamburg, NY, died, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at her home in Mayville, with family at her side.

She was born December 20, 1929 in Youngville, PA, the daughter of the late Lawerance and Verna Wooden Raynor.

Bea had been a homemaker and greatly enjoyed being a wife and mother. She was a past member of the Dunkirk Baptist Church and the Rebecca's of Mayville and was more recently attended Hillcrest Baptist Church in Jamestown, NY.

She is survived by her husband; Miles A. Jones, whom she married December 16, 1950 in Fredonia, NY, two sons; Lawerance (Deborah) Jones of Hamburg, NY, and Kenneth (Valerie) Jones of Alabaster, AL, four grandchildren; Jennifer, Tara, Amanda, and Jason Jones, six great grandchildren and three sisters; Betty Parment of Bemus Point, NY, Virginia Milton of Lancaster, PA, and Joyce Raynor of Brocton, NY.

Bea was preceded in death by her parents.

At her request there will be no services observed. A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
