WESTFIELD- Betsy Alice Webber, 63, of Westfield, and formerly of Mayville, passed away at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, with family at her side, following a brief illness. She was born July 10, 1961, in Westfield, NY, the daughter of the late Donald J. Webber Jr and Marilyn James Webber.

She was a 1979 Chautauqua Central School graduate and earned her Beautician's License through the BOCES Cosmetology program. She then worked for the Beauty Boutique in Mayville, NY for twenty-two years and later for the Executive II in Westfield, NY.

Betsy always had a passion and talent for cosmetology. She had a way of making anyone in her chair feel beautiful and cared for. Betsy also enjoyed music, bird watching, feeding the neighborhood squirrels, and spoiling the neighbor's kids. Betsy adored her dog, Sadie, and spending quality time with her family and her friends.

She is survived by her son, Taylor (Rebeca) Reynolds of Buffalo, NY, three sisters, Donna Erickson of Sherman, NY, Judy Massam of Sebring, FL, and Brenda (Tim) Martinson of Harbor Creek, PA and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bob Erickson and a cousin, Donald, Martin.

A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville (139 S Erie St) with friends being received from 10 AM until the start of the service, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in the North Harmony Cemetery.
