MAYVILLE – Catherine Anna Walker, 59, of Davis Road, Mayville, died unexpectedly at home Thursday (March 27, 2014).

She was born October 27, 1954 in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late William and Cora Johnston Greenawalt.

Catherine worked as a CDL driver for Intelectric Corp. in Warren, PA.

She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, photography, and crafts in general. She loved her grandchildren, and being home.

She is survived by her two children, Mary K. (Jessie) Briggs of Mayville, and Scott (Jennifer) Walker of Buffalo; three grandchildren, Alijah Ernewein, Justin Ernewein, and Cora Walker; three sisters, Elma Dash, Debbie Maetta, and Helen Seekins; two brothers, William (Nancy) Greenawalt, and Clifford (Rachel) Greenawalt.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday (April 5, 2014) in the Freay Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Paul Womack of Hurlbut Memorial Community United Methodist Church in Chautauqua will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 2;00 pm prior to the funeral on Saturday (April 5, 2014) in the funeral home.
