CLYMER- Dorothy E. TenHarken Applebee, formerly of Clymer, went to be with the Lord on January 9th, 2017, at 94 years old.
She was born October 11, 1922 in French Creek, NY, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Edith Gross TenHarken.
Dorothy had been employed at Kling/Ethan Allen for many years.
She enjoyed gardening, being a housewife and time with her family.
Dorothy had been a resident at Absolut of Westfield.
Dorothy is survived by her husband, Richard C. Applebee Sr, (Westfield) whom she married September, 11, 1940, a daughter, Sharon Keith (Blockville), a son, Richard (Linda), Applebee Jr. (North Clymer), nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and 16 great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, David Applebee, a son in law, Clifford R. Keith, and a brother, Roy TenHarken.
A spring memorial service will be announced at a later date at the convenience of the family.
