WESTFIELD – Graeson LaVerne DeLand, of 21 Oak Street, Westfield, died Monday (February 15, 2016) at Children's Hospital in Buffalo.

He was born February 5, 2016 at Children's Hospital in Buffalo, infant son of Riley Carvallo and Ryan DeLand, of Westfield.

Besides his parents he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Gerri "Finn" Ziolkowski and Albert Carvallo of Raleigh, NC; paternal grandparents, Craig and Kelly DeLand of Westfield; maternal great grandparents, Michael and Neta Ziolkowski of Ripley and Albert and Linda Carvallo of Ripley; paternal great grandparents, David and Judy Hoffman of Westfield; maternal great great grandfather, Harvey Vernier of Ruskin, FL; paternal great grandmother, Jane DeLand of Brocton.

Preceded in death by his maternal great great grandparents, Raymond and Ruth Freeman and maternal great great grandmother, Gerri Vernier; paternal great grandfather, LaVerne DeLand.

A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family, at the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville, Pastor William Nicholson will officiate.

The family will receive friends and family from 7 to 9 pm Saturday at the family home at 21 Oak Street, Westfield, NY.
