WESTFIELD- Irene Ann Paulkowitz Stewart, 81, of Westfield, NY, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Irene Miklas Paulkowitz.

Irene was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church in Westfield, NY and enjoyed watching TV, cooking shows, tending to her flowers and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her three daughters; Irene Meyer of Orchard Park, NY, Bobbi Merritt of Westfield, NY and Joan Dimperio of Ridgeland, SC, ten grandchildren; Elizabeth Meyer, Alissa Meyer, Anastasia Meyer, Devon Hood, Natalie Hood, Cassima Parnell, Rebekah Melnick, Jesse Melnick, Bryan Dimperio, and Tayte Dimperio, and many great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert "Bob" G. Stewart, two brothers, Stanly Paul and Andrew Joseph Paulkowitz, and her grandparents, Barbara and Henry Miklas and Julia and Andrew Paulkowitz.

At Irene's request, there will be no public services observed. A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
