DEWITTVILLE – Jacob Scott "Jakie" Foreman, 24, of Dewittville, died peacefully Sunday (July 3, 2016) at Gates Vascular Institute Hospital in Buffalo, NY.
He was born December 14, 1991 in Jamestown, NY, the son of Scott M. Foreman and Susan Elaine Bradigan.
He had been employed at Home Depot in Lakewood.
Jacob was a member of the Mayville Volunteer Fire Department and was a 1st responder for the Mayville Fire Department Rescue Squad, prior he was a Junior Fireman at the Hartfield Fire Department.
Jacob enjoyed parties at the Barcelona Beach, fishing, hunting, camping, and golf. He had a strong love for his family and his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Elaine Bradigan of Stockton; his father, Scott M. Foreman of Dewittville; one brother, Casey Foreman of Bath, PA; two sisters, Megan Foreman of Huntersville, NC and Erica Foreman of Charlotte, NC; paternal grandparents, Earl and Nita Hespenheide of Jamestown; one step brother, Richard Sheldon of Rochester; two step sisters, Michele Sheldon and Brandi Sheldon both of Rochester; also many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Friday in the funeral home.
