FLOWERS- Jason Edward Flowers, 42, of Lady Lake, FL and formerly of Bradford, PA and Bemus Point, NY passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at the Cornerstone Hospice House in The Villages, FL following a lengthy illness.

He was born December 6, 1979 in South Buffalo, NY the son of Michael Flowers and Bethann Smelser Bartram.

Jason was a 1997 graduate of Bradford High School and went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Construction and Carpentry from Triangle Tech. He then worked as a carpenter for Owl Homes in Alleghany, NY and for Day's Home Solutions in Lady Lake, FL.

He was a member of St Bernard's RC Church in Bradford, PA and Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Bemus Point, NY.

Jason enjoyed hockey, football, carpentry, boating, fishing, skiing and spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by a son; Jackson Edward Flowers of Piedmont, SC, his father; Michael Flowers of Bemus Point, NY, his mother; Beth (Bill) Bartram of Lady Lake, FL,  brothers; Robert (Annie) Flowers of Mammoth Lakes, CA, Matthew Flowers of West Palm Beach Fl, a sister; Joanne (Morgan) Thurston of Anderson, SC, his maternal grandparents; Robert and Patricia Smelser of Orchard Park, NY, and several cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Jason was preceded in death by an infant son; Carson Michael Flowers, a stepmother; Marsha Flowers, his paternal grandparents; Edward and Joanne (Gehen) Flowers, and his step grandparents; John and Ann Matis.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 22nd, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Bemus Point, NY (42 Main St). FR Todd Remick will be the Celebrant. And Rev. Leo Gallina will co-celebrate. A private burial will be held in the Bemus Point Cemetery.
