MAYVILLE-Jennifer Christine Jacobson Maddux, 69, of Mayville, died Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA, with family by her side.

She was born January 3, 1949 in Westfield, NY, the daughter of the late Henry and Evelyn Davis Jacobson.

Jennifer had been a Secretary for many years for Caughlin Ranch Professionals, LLC in Reno, NV, and was an Auxiliary Member of the William L. Travis American Legion Post 493, and the Humane Society.

She is survived by three brothers; Robert D. Barnes of Mayville, Michael H. (Betty) Barnes of Mayville, and H.Timothy (Rita) Jacobson of Mayville, her nieces and nephews; Tammi L. Murphy and, Kelli J. StHilaire of Portsmouth, VA, Jennifer M. Stanton of Mayville, NY, and Shawn D. Barnes of Columbus, OH, Barry D. Jacobson of Mayville, Amy L. Raynor of Bemus Point, and Jennifer B. Rager of Harborcreek, PA, one grandson; Troy Maddux of Sparks, NV, one cousin, Brenda Beehler of Brocton, several great nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Abby.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her husband; James E. Maddux Jr., whom she married November 26, 1971 in Anaheim, CA, and her parents.

At Jennifer's request, there will be no visitation or services observed.
