Mary Carpino Storer ,91, of Erie, PA, and formerly of Buffalo, NY, died Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Western Reserve Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Erie, PA.

She was born November 15, 1927 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Genevieve Cirelli Carpino.

Mary had been a homemaker, taking care of her three children and home in Tonawanda, NY.

She belonged to the Mayville VFW Post 8647 Auxiliary and was a former member of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Bemus Point.

Mary enjoyed shopping, knitting, bingo, watching the Buffalo Bills, and most of all, time with her family.

She is survived by her three children; Edward M. Storer of Buffalo, Mark O Storer of Bemus Point, and Cynthia (James) Storer Wilcko of Erie, PA, six grandchildren; Joshua Ross, Edward Storer Jr, Cassidy Storer, Andrew Simpson, Mary Margaret Simpson, and Oliver Simpson, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband; Edward H. Storer, whom she married in May of 1956 in Buffalo, NY, her parents, and seven siblings; Anna, Michael, Sam, Joseph, Francis, Frank Carpino, and Carmella Cirelli.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Bemus Point, NY (41 Main St). The Rev. Msgr Albert Clody will be celebrant. Burial will be in the Chautauqua Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9PM on Friday, April 26 at the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville (139 S. Erie St).
