WESTFIELD- Mary Ann Foster White, 79, of Westfield passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at UPMC Hamot Hospital with family at her side following a lengthy illness.

She was born January 14, 1942 in Chautauqua, NY the daughter of the late Francis and Jean Ruland Foster.

Mary Ann was a 1960 graduate of Chautauqua Central School. She had been employed with Kling's Furniture Factory in Mayville, Mayville Wire Forms, Standard Portable in Mayville, and with the Chautauqua Lake Central School Custodial Department.

She was an accomplished artist who will be remembered for the beautiful Christmas Cards she would paint for friends and family. She enjoyed spending time with her family, tending to her flower gardens, watching the birds, especially hummingbirds, looking for shells and stones at the beach, enjoying sunsets at Barcelona, time in the outdoors, and watching her grandchildren in their sporting activities.

Mary is survived by her husband; Woodrow "Woody" Wheeler, whom she married February 14, 2003 in Stow, NY, her five children; Paul (Patricia) White of Westfield, Jean (Mark) Rodland of Harbor Creek, PA, Eric (Gloria) White of El Paso, TX, Daniel (Chris) Wheeler of Hubert, NC, and Wendy Colburn of New Hartford, NY, fourteen grandchildren; David (Kim) White, Stephen White, Brandon (Madison) Sperry, Andrea (Joe) Bartlebaugh, Nick (Amanda) Rodland, Kaity (Jeremy Stankiewicz) Rodland, Rachel Moreno, Laura (Enrique Gomez) Moreno, Julie (Ernie) Amor, Jason White, James White, Ruby White, Peter Colburn and Nathan Wheeler, thirteen great grandchildren, one brother; John (Mary) Foster and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband; Herbert White, a brother; Patrick Foster, a sister; Alice Giambeluca, and her one grandson; Kevin White who was KIA in Afghanistan.

There will be no services at this time. A memorial graveside service in Westfield Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
