She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius A. Dudley, who passed away November 8, 2008. Nadine and Julius were married January 12, 1944, at the First Lutheran Church in Mayville by Rev. Donald Leaf. Also preceding her in death were an infant son Douglas and three brothers Rowlan, Leroy and Lawrence Barton.

Surviving are two sisters Emma L. Schuver of Jamestown, NY, JoAnne E. Rexford of Lakewood, NY; three sons Gregory R. Dudley of Punta Gorda, FL with whom she made her home, Jerry W. (Patti) Dudley of Dewittville, NY and Mitchell J. Dudley of Mayville, NY; eight grandchildren including Jennifer (Norman) Blanchard of Stockton, NY, Meghan (Mike) Shaw of Ocala, FL, Taryn (MG Davis) Dudley of Raleigh, NC, Morgan (Ryan) McChesney of Stedman, NY, Mitchell J. Dudley II of Holly Springs, NC, Jason (Julie) Dudley of Mayville, NY, Jamie Dudley of New Symerna Beach, FL, Jonathon (Megan) Dudley of Madison, AL; ten great-grandchildren Beau Blanchard, Brianna, Madison, Patricia and Anthony Dudley, Malia Dudley, Blake and Sophia McChesney, Brett and Owen Shaw; three step-grandsons Garth Blanchard, Chris and Kyle Shaw, and nieces and nephews.

Nadine retired from Chautauqua County as secretary to the County Treasurer, Robert Miller, and the Finance and Auditors Department in 1980. She and her husband spent many winters in their home in Lady Lake, FL, following their retirement.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. The burial will be held at the Mayville Cemetery and no visitation will be observed. Memorials may be made to Mayville Fire Department, St. Mark's Church, and Mayville Library.
