MAYVILLE- Phyllis Ann Lehman Baldwin, 72, of Mayville, died Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at her home in Mayville, with family by her side.

She was born July 25, 1946 in Westfield, NY, the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Pickard Lehman.

Phyllis had worked for Welches in Westfield and also ran child care services out of her home for many years.

She was a member of the Mayville VFW Post 8647Auxillary and the Westfield Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 118, Chapter 517.

Phyllis enjoyed bowling, camping, BINGO, crossword puzzles, and watching over her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving companion of over 30 years; Edward Boll Jr, of Mayville, one son; Jeffery Baldwin of Sikesville, MD, one daughter; Jennifer Baldwin Majewski, of Mayville, and five grandchildren; Derek Baldwin, Tabatha, James, Savanna, and Brittney Majewski.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.

At Phyllis's request, there will be no visitation or services observed. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
