SILVER CREEK- Roberta Wykoff Freeman, 86, of Silver Creek and formerly of Sherman, NY, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA following a brief illness.

She was born January 10, 1936, in Corry, PA, the daughter of the late Milton and Ruth Dingfelder Wykoff.

Roberta was a graduate of Sherman Central School. She had worked at Welch's and was also a full-time homemaker. She was a member of the Silver Creek VFW Post 6472 and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years; Jack Freeman, whom she married May 10, 1957, two children; Brenda (Timothy) Golubski of Silver Creek, NY, and Scott (Barbara) Freeman of Saratoga Springs, NY, and four grandchildren; James Golubski, Elizabeth Golubski, Ross Freeman, and Rachel Freeman, one brother; William (Lydia) Wykoff of Rochester, NY, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons; Michael and Mark Freeman.

At Roberta's request, all services will be private. Burial will be in the Sherman Cemetery.
