MAYVILLE- Ruth L Rink, 99, of Mayville, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the Heritage Green Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Greenhurst, NY. She was born on November 27, 1926, in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late John G. and Ethyl Folk Keller.

Ruth was a 1944 graduate of Panama Central School. She had worked in the NYS Employment Office in Jamestown and Buffalo, NY, where she retired from. She enjoyed her flower gardens, visiting Florida, and time with her family.

Ruth is survived by two sons, Ronald (Marlene) Olson of Sherman, NY and Jeffrey (Dolores) Olson of Mayville, NY, five grandchildren, Scott, Jill, Chris, Tim and Shana, twelve great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to acknowledge and thank her three wonderful caretakers, Kim Firster, Janet Elder, and Jane Johnson. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Rink, a son, Jerry Olson, and two brothers, Bill and Ed Keller.

At Ruth's request, there will be no public services. A private burial at the Sunset Hill Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family.
