MAYVILLE- Shirley Alberta Lang Baker, 87, of Mayville, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the Absolut Care of Westfield, in Westfield, NY.

She was born October 17, 1933 in Summerdale, NY the daughter of the late Albert J. Lang Sr. and Florence J. Roberts Lang.

Shirley had worked for many years at Standard Portable and Bentley's Supermarket, both in Mayville.

She enjoyed crocheting, baking, card games, puzzles, working, and her cats.

Shirley is survived by five children; Charles (Carmen) Baker Jr., Steven Baker, Robert Baker, Donald Baker, and Nancy (David) Mount, a sister; Maxine Adams, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband; Charles H. Baker Sr., whom she married August 30, 1952 in Dewittville, NY, her parents, two sons; William Baker and Michael Baker, one grandson; Billy Baker, and two brothers; Albert Lang Jr and Ricky Lang.

At Shirley's request there will be no services observed. A private graveside service will be held in Magnolia Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
