ASHVILLE – Steven M. Donelson, 64, of Panama Stedman Road, died Thursday (October 29, 2015) at his home.
He was born May 22, 1951 in Westfield, NY the son of the late James and Julia Preston Donelson.
Steve worked as a logger and equipment operator.
He was a member of the Watts Flats United Methodist Church of which he was a former trustee of the church.
Steve enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, playing cards and the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Denise Davis Donelson; a daughter, Danielle Donelson of Toledo, OH; a son, Jeremie (Denise) Donelson of Omaha, Neb.; and one sister, Rae Carlson of VA.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James Donelson Jr.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm Sunday in the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
