MAYVILLE- Teresa R. Helt-Spielman, 45, of Mayville, New York, passed on April 18, 2023. Teresa was born on December 11, 1977 to Mary E. Lenda and the Late Richard A. Helt.

Teresa passed peacefully at Roswell Comprehensive Cancer Center after a lengthy battle with cancer.  Teresa is survived by her children Jordan (24), Jared (18), and Madelyn (14).  She is also survived by her siblings, Jessica M. Giordano and Richard B. Helt.

At family request, a Celebration of Life will be planned for August 2023 in the Mayville area.  The family would also like to thank all those that came out to celebrate at the Green Door, she was surely loved.

Teresa's passions in life were #1 her family and, #2 helping others, both human and animal.  Teresa left us being cared for as she would have cared for others and at family request we ask any memorial contributions be made to Roswell Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY.  Information can be found at: https://give.roswellpark.org
