MAYVILLE – Thomas M. Paulus, 58, of 7265 Hannum Road, Mayville died Monday (July 1, 2013) after a courageous two year battle with cancer.
He was born July 25, 1954, a son of the late David E. Paulus and Alice Bates Paulus of Jamestown.
Tom worked for 17 years at Power Drives Inc. in Erie, PA. Previously he managed Snow Ridge Motel in Mayville, and worked at nurseries in Cassadaga and Florida.
Besides his mother he is survived by sisters, Diane Paulus of Mayville, Susan Sebastian of Newport Beach, CA, and Kay Paulus (Kiki Sepulveda) of Anaheim, CA and a brother Jeff Paulus (Kathy) of Mayville. He is also survived by four nephews and three nieces and by nine great nieces and nephews; and his faithful cat Spirit.
A gathering will be held in Tom's memory at 1:00 pm Saturday at the Chautauqua Lake Snowmobile Club, Hannum Road, Mayville.
